Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party products or services such as:

The Company is not responsible for interruptions, changes, pricing, or failures caused by third-party providers.
9. Project Delivery and Acceptance
A project shall be considered accepted when:

- No feedback is received within the agreed review period.
10. Support and Maintenance
Unless included in a separate maintenance agreement:
- Post-launch support is limited to correcting defects directly related to delivered work.
- New features, upgrades, and modifications are not included in standard support.

12. Confidentiality

- Error-free performance
- Specific business results
- Compatibility with future third-party updates
15. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice.
In the event of termination:
- Completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date shall be payable.
- Advance payments already made may be non-refundable depending on project progress.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

17. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company reserves the right to display completed projects, screenshots, logos, and project descriptions in its portfolio, marketing materials, and website.
